1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ServiceLink.nzably.co.nz, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any guidelines posted on the website. If you do not agree, refrain from using the platform.

2. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting, and continued use signifies acceptance.

3. Platform Overview

ServiceLink.nzably.co.nz is a marketplace where:

• Freelancers (“Service Providers”) offer services.
• Clients (“Service Seekers”) hire freelancers for projects.

3.1 Freelancers (Service Providers)

• Create profiles showcasing skills, experience, portfolio, and availability.
• Commit to deadlines, quality service, and professional communication.

3.2 Clients (Service Seekers)

• Post job requests and hire based on freelancer profiles, portfolios, and reviews.
• Provide clear project details, set realistic deadlines, and make payments promptly.

4. Account Registration & Security

Users must register with accurate information and maintain account confidentiality. ServiceLink.nzably.co.nz may suspend accounts for fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

5. User Conduct

Users must:

• Use the platform for its intended purpose.
• Provide truthful information.
• Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or illegal activities.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are facilitated via ServiceLink.nzably.co.nz.

6.1 Service Fees

A platform fee applies per completed transaction, deducted from the payment to the Service Provider.

6.2 Escrow System

Payments are held in escrow until project completion and client approval. Dispute resolution processes apply in case of disagreements.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled based on the platform’s dispute resolution policy. ServiceLink.nzably.co.nz may issue refunds at its discretion.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, parties must engage in good-faith resolution. ServiceLink.nzably.co.nz will issue binding decisions based on presented evidence.

8. Intellectual Property

Users grant NZably Living a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted content in connection with the platform. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Neither NZably Living nor ServiceLink.nzably.co.nz shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to platform use.

10. Account Termination

ServiceLink.nzably.co.nz may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Users may also close their accounts but remain responsible for outstanding obligations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.
